Important to not that lace will vary but ALL of our lace is handpicked special and mostly vintage. Time frame for dress is usually 2 weeks but can take up to 4 for delivery. Expedited shipping is available in the shop and is guaranteed.

Shipping:

Orders ship once a week, and take 3-5 days to process. If two orders are placed, we are unable to combine shipping or refund difference. On occasion, we offer local pickup but those exceptions are not subject to shipping refund.

Turn around time:

Generally 1-2 weeks unless specified on individual listing. Also, during a big discount sale we need an extra week or so because of the high volume. We do have an expedite listing which will get the item you want within 3-5 business days no matter which product it is.

All sale items 20% or greater are final sale.

We happily refund any new, unwashed and unworn items within 14 days of receiving. Please note, a $5 restocking fee per item applies and shipping will be at the customers expense. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. Any signs of wash or wear, odor, stains or damages done by customers will not be eligible and item will be returned to customer.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not do exchanges at this time.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must re-purchase after completed return/refund.
